Just another night of good police work on the news...

"The City of Denver released a new videotape Tuesday showing a Denver sheriff’s deputy putting an inmate in a chokehold.
The deputy was fired in January for the use of excessive force and lying about the incident to his supervisors and internal affairs.
Officials say it wasn’t the first time Deputy Joseph Webster had used excessive force. Between 2004 and 2010, he had been suspended twice, once for 45 days and another time for 3 day. He had also received verbal and written reprimands three other times."
Maybe he didn't learn from the first three reprimands and the first two suspensions. It seems that the IA found probable cause in at least 6 cases now that this "officer" uses bad judgement and exessive force. I would say that excessive force is assualt.
Maybe he will be roomies with the guy he was choking and witch slapping around.
