Glock 27 FTF... yikes!!

I've run into a little snag with my G27 that I'm like opinions on. In the last 150 rounds at the range I've had two "fail to feed" failures. Both times it was using the magazine without the extention (so my pinky doesn't fit on the grip). It looks to me that the spring in the mag is okay. What do you think? Bad mag? Shooter failure (maybe I weak wrist-ed it because of the grip with that mag)? Or issue with the Glock? This is my carry gun so there is concern. I plan to do some additional testing at the range but wanted feedback... thoughts?? Oh, it's a gen3 and has been to Glock for a checkup (prior to the FTF issues)

Sounds like you have plenty of experience with this gun. Also take into consideration the 10mm generates lots of power so its hard to believe limp wristing is the culprit. I would look at the ammo you are using and make sure the gun is lubed properly.
