Have you considered up dating "In The Gravest Extreme" book?
I had three young democRats try to car jack me a few years ago in downtown Atlanta, pulling on my locked door handles. I threw it in reverse, and then drive and aimed for center mass. Made their day-they were white when I missed them!!!!!

For now, the closest I have to updates of "In the Gravest Extreme" are the Gun Digest Book of Concealed Carry and the Gun Digest Book of Combat Handgunnery, both from FW Publications. There's also my "Self Defense and the Law" column in each issue of Combat Handguns magazine.
