View Full Version : The M1911 Complete Owner's Guide
Was reading a article in American Rifleman about this book. Anyone have this or recommend good M1911/A1 reading material, excluding bac's "1911 Buyer's Guide" and Quack's "Your not a man if you don't have a flat trigger".

...and Quack's "Your not a man if you don't have a flat trigger".
Considering the source is a dude that cooks cheesecake only wearing his birthday suit, I wouldn't worry about that one too much.

it's not 1911 specific, but you must read "John Browning, American Gunmaker". we all love the 1911, but it was so little of what this man did, it's almost insignificant compared to the rest. the man was an absolute firearms genius and decades ahead of his time. had he decided to invent curtain rods, we would never have heard of gaston glock. you must read this book.
