Is it possible to use [something] to get the rust pits off ??
Anybody know of a product that would do it?? Or at least make it look better in a display case ???? Thanks, C,Gale

Naval jelly will dissolve rust

And the bluing too. I'd use a pencil eraser to try and remove it, or a copper penny(pre 1980) or a piece of steel wool and oil.
