After carrying my 1911 for a little while now, I realize I am in need of a good gun belt.
Looking for something plain brown or black and not anything too expensive, any suggestions?

You can dual weld w/o holster and they wouldn't even see the guns. :rofl:

I would recommend Ares or wilderness. They are the standards and 5.11 and BH are just copying.

I like Wilderness for a nylon belt (CSM), Kramer, Comp Tac, Beltman and Occidental for leather.

I have a Beltman and a belt from A&G gun leather, both are great. A&G is about $20-$30 cheaper too, but the quality is on par with Beltman.

Wilderness 5 stich instructor's works like a charm for me. Might want to go CSM for a heavier 1911.

Yes they are $$$ but like in life, you get what you pay for. The wife got me a second one for Fathers Day w/the Elephant skin.
