Does anyone know if this site is reasonably accurate? http://www.coolgunsite.com/pistols/colt%20production.htm

Just curious as I got suddenly got curious and if it is and I read it correctly C 135XX would be ~1914... Thanks

I think they are accurate.

If that's 5 digits, my source (Hallock's .45 Auto Handbook) also shows 1914.

Now I will ask the corollary question - anyone have a rough guess as to vakue in say 85% condition (bluing still good with slight pitting on slide)? Thanks
