Another ammo question

I've read on this forum that you say that in 45 cal that the Ranger T, Speer Gold Dot, Federal HST are all very good rounds. There are other good rounds also.
What I'm wondering about is if you had to choose only one of the above rounds, which would you choose? One of them must have a slight advantage over the others.

For +P, I'm partial to the Federal HST. Largest consistent expansion with adequate penetration, reliably delivered, that I've ever seen. In standard pressure .45 ACP, my first choice is the Winchester Ranger-T. Both are 230 grain.
