While I don't have anything chambered in either of my AR's, I do have a few PMags ready to go. I have 2 Foilage Green 20 rounders full of Hornday75gr TAP. One OD green 30 rounder full of Whinchester 62gr green tip penatrators and a few black 30 rounders full of Federal XM193 55gr.

However my AR's aren't my go to guns for home defense. My Glock 23 has 16 rounds of 165gr Speer Gold Dots and my 870 Police has 6 rounds of Federal Flight Control 9 pellet 00 Buck...I figure if I can't handle any bump in the night with those two then I have made a serious tactical error...

I have 3 - 30rd Pmags loaded with Hornaday 75gr TAP FPD. One mag is in the rifle in the safe, empty chamber, hammer forward, the other two close by. I also have another 10 or so mags loaded with 55gr M193 and 62gr M855. I don't consider my ARs home defense weapons but i still like to have them ready just in case.

Right now, my reloads 25.5 ww748 with a Sisk 60gr tjhp. They are death on coyotes, got 1 yesterday with this load. 26 so far with my RR.

75 gr TAP, my families life is worth a dollar (most days, even more).
STI, don't hold your breath, a very good friend of mine has no idea how many rounds he has through his RR, never a hiccup. He also bought a RR 1911 that I've tried to trade him for several times.

Teecher45 a RR 1911 is about as good as you are going to find, I know a friend thhs has 1, its very nice, he found it in a pawn shop the owner had it mixed up with Rock Island 1911's and he literally stole it. It is on par with my STI,Wilson and Swenson.
My RR ar is still going as of today, we got 2 crows this am with it, I love that EOTech. An odd thing about it is almost everything I shoot in it hits close to my zero but some LC 193 all groups to the right 1 ", very tight group but always to the right.
