I'm sure you've seen or heard about this video. I wouldn't know from first hand experience but I would definitively suspect that being pulled over while CCW is a very scary situation. All I would want to do is comply, while still being in control of my rights.
From both sides of the table, how could have each side handled this differently? Will the officer be able to stay on the force?
