It's actually kind of tempting.

Brian and James- I have a business prop for you. I'll buy the place, you guys drop off some 1911s, we will call it a museum and charge $10 for admission.

$350,000 and 6,700 sq. ft? That is $52 a sq. ft. If that does not prove the housing market is in the crapper, I don't know what does......And the no garage or shop is a NO GO.....:)
