Do they notify you when the change is completed, or even acknowledge they receive it? Can it be checked online?

I printed the online form:

And fax it. I haven't got confirmation from DPS so I may check in the next week or two.

No online function, they may help you over the phone. Everything I've done or know about others' involvement with them has been fast and efficient. Not like regular govt. work.
