View Full Version : Trijicon ACOG TA50-2
I have been looking at the Trijicon TA50-2 3x24, for my SBR. I have a Trijicon TA31F on my 14.5 BCM and love it.
So know I'm thinking of this model that is compact and has the Amber Triangle reticule.
I think $600 for one is a pretty good deal.
I would think it would be worth that for an acog, i just paid 1197.00 for mine.
The post above knows nothing about optics or firearms for that manner.
The TA50-2 can be bought brand new for between $800 and $900. $600 is a nice price if it is legit and in good shape. I have used one once, on an SBR'ed AR and thought it was pretty sweet. The triangle is pretty big and will completely cover a target that is 150ish yards away. Then again you won't be shooting an SBR out that far.
The post above doesnt even know me, also i did not say i knew everything about acogs. All i said was i have one and love it and know they are exspensive and good quality scopes. So if i were you i would listen to the post above obviously he knows it all.
I know that Trijicon ACOG's are good a bought a TA31F a few years back for $800 and then added a RMR on top. Then I got a deal on a A.R.M.S. QD mount and it's been on my 14.5" BCM ever since.
I'll be putting the TA50-2 on a 10.5 SBR and see how I like it. Deciding whether to mount it on the carry handle or go with a LaRue QD mount.
I use Eotech and the Trijicon Reflex on my Bulgarian Arsenal SLR107-UR and my soon to be SBR Romanian Draco.
