View Full Version : Windows 7 (64-bit) can't open video mail?

Pretty much says it all! New Dell and I can't open video attachments or pfd files that friends send. Adobe says I need to download Reader 11 beta (not Reader 10.1.0), I did to no avail. At least it appears I did in the Control panel + or-. On the MS community board there are others with the same problem but with no answers. Any ideas here?:dunno:

Never mind, think I got it. I didn't delete the old Reader before I installed the beta.
