A tad uncalled for, don't you think? :dunno:We try to be humorous sometimes just so you know and since you obviously put that bunny in the picture on purpose its kinda hard not to mention it.

BTW, great looking bunny figure ya got there.

Nice Valor! My Valor has kept me from lusting after any higher end guns for the time being. As you say, very smooth and a wonderful trigger. Hope you enjoy yours as much!!! Congrats!!

Asi's a good guy- he may have been trying to flick a lil back or maybe just one of those days but he's a good guy and has some nice toys. Hey may have been suffering from TOSitis!

Ok,only 'cause i don't know, aren't the grip screws supposed to be FLUSH with the grips?

again,just learning here.

Normally, yes they are. However, seems the OP has screws that are not compatable
with the installed grips. I think the grips are VZ, not sure ablout the tooled screws.

he might be using the o-rings under the screws, hence the raised profile.

Those screws are from Cylinder & Slide and are the same screws I put on my Valor. They seem to be the same dimensions as standard screws and fit flush into the Dymondwood wood grips from C&S as well.

I changed my grip bushing and grips to a standard set so the OP's may be like that since they're still of the slim line type.

I picked up the gun used off of GB, the prior owner can take credit for the very lovely finish, grips and grip screws....
I didn't even notice that the screws were not flush due to the pain caused by the bone saw like finish of the grips... I'm comfortable with Gunners, but these are like grabbing a handful of furniture tacks

the bunny came home with my daughter from pre school, we're letting her look after and feed it before it goes back to find it's real owner sometime today....

my comment to G Redfish was meant in jest.....

You can lightly sand the grips to knock the tips off a bit.
Use a backer and 400 grit paper.

wow. That looks good. Is that the Duty Finish?

Polished flats then IonBonded. Looks kinda blued in person. Not as tough as Duty Treat, but a little prettier......

Them Valor's sure are sweet.. I would deffnly love to add one to my stable..only thing that would make em better is if they were carbon rather than stainless.. I have this weird aversion to stainless.. Other than than that.. sweet shooter fer sure!!

i picked up a new to me valor and your right; racking the slide is smoother than my tool chest drawers and the trigger is the best in the stable.

still haven't fired it(currently crappy personal life)but i disassembled it for cleaning and i noticed the o rings on the grip screws as well. kind of freaked me out actually.

the good thing about stainless is it's easy to clean up.
