Tomorrow is the 4 week mark on the broken leg. I still have until the end of the month until my next Dr appointment. Not sure how long until I can DRIVE.
I can't even currently tuck kids into bed.
Next time be more careful before you plant your foot in Codive's posterior
My thoughts exactly.'08. :animlol:

coat hangar under the cast. Make sure to bend it and keep the ends out of the cast, though. You can spend hours de-itching your leg that way :)

No Cast! Metal rod through the tibia (that's the big one, right?). Cam boot for if I need it "protected" travel.

Have you been going to airports just to drive the TSA nuts?

So far my extra parts in my foot haven't set of the alarms at the airport (but they have on hand security metal detectors) :wow:
BUT just in case I set one off, I have a laminated card in my wallet, signed by my surgeon that says they are there!
I think I'd laugh it the detectors went off!
No problems when we flew to NC this time! :phew:
