Hey Quack, Do you by chance work for Sig? Could not help but notice the "Quack trigger" on Sig's new 1911.

Oh No. Now it's spreading to manufacturers. Maybe Quack is just a man ahead of the curve.

Wasn't me. I do know that TKR Reptiles shot a Scorpion at a demo day and that changed his mind on flat triggers.

The Hogue Magwell grip thing is just odd..

Ned Christiansen did a cool concept. Couldn't find a better picture, but he cut the frame down and bevel and blended the grips and frame to have one large magwell.

That looks a lot better and is a great idea.

I like the idea and they work pretty well, I shot a scorpion recently. Hogue makes them G mascus Magrips. I don't know about $119 bucks for the grips and MSH though. And the really need to work on thier pattern, it looks kinda silly in everything but the Green. I thought about trying a set, but until they change thier pattern I'll hold off. The particular Black and Desert that the Scorpion wears are special for Sig and you can't get that color from Hogue. At least not yet. FWIW, after about 40 or so speed reloads the magwell had some marking on it. Was not grooved up all, and held up pretty well. TXPO

just about the only Sig that I would consider buyin.. would deffnly change the color on the Cerakote tho.. sniper grey would suit it ever so much better

Agreed..

It would look a lot better with Black grips instead of the green. To me FDE & green dint look well together.

Yes, it's similar. Ned's concept was done to the length of the full grips, w/o having the extension that is on the Sig. And it required cutting into the frame, similar to doing a Stan Chen magwell. Therefore, it didn't extend the frame and made it easier for concealment.
