Hope the link works. It's a heluva thing to see this fine man as he offers up an act of unselfish kindness mere minutes before being gunned down.

Wow, what a sad and yet great story.
Did you see the size of the kid's grin at the very end of the video?
What a shame... RIP brother.
I really don't know what to say.
Hopefully that encounter will help shape that young mans life. RIP Brother.

I saw this video last night, but there was something wrong with monitor. Everything got fuzzy, and I had trouble viewing it.
It's a shame that stuff like this happens to good cops.:fallenofficer:

You could see him beaming in the video before he even purchased the items because of the way Jeremy was talking to him.

What is not to understand, sounds like he was a brave solider and cop. It also sounds like he was a good person.
RIP.

GNG does not understand if they did it would have been posted , instead they tend to seek out the worst examples of LE interaction and post that..
It was on all three national news outlets last night and did not make GNG ..they don't understand,.

Fair enough. I think I am one of the first to point out wrong doing by a police officer but i would like to think i am just as fast to show respect and honor toward those that deserve it.
either way May he rest in peace.
What a waste of a good life.
Killed at home, shame.
May the officer RIP, and what he has done for us live in perpetuity; within the memories of those so affected.

This.
I feel sick just reading this....I like how the media repeatedly stated the attack was "unprovoked" cause LEO's frequently provoke attacks.

a lot of things came together for us to have this review of what to do and why, with the unknown short time we have here. That officer's life was marked by sacrifice.

I believe the good that he, and others like him, have done, will live on, in a way that we do not yet understand.
Godspeed, Officer Henwood.
