I bought a used 550 with 9 and 45 conversions kits, 9 and 45 dies, two powder funnels, two tool heads, and a few spare parts for $200.

Had to send it to Dillon for a refurb. Cost me $60 freight.

Hope that helps.

Thats a exceptional deal.

Normally a Dillon runs at 75% of retail. So just price it out on Brian Enos forums and see what it would cost new and subtract 25%. You can start a little lower of course. Even 80% of value is fair if the press is in good shape and doesn't need to be sent in for a rebuild. I would offer much less if it's not in good shape.

No dies, no add'l. powder measures, no SM, roller handle, a basic stock machine, $400 would be a fair price if it's in good shape, less if it's beat up a bit. Much mor ethan that & you can buy new. Also figure in shipping. Bought new from BEnos, free shipping.

Yup. $400-425 range. The powder funnel retails for around $10 so that's a "give me". Flip tray is an overpriced item to begin with so that's nothing of value.

Try them at $350 and stay at $425.

COme on Freak, that huge brass flipper is pretty cool ya gotta admit. At least it stays put on the bench. Agree though, it's also a gimme.:wavey:

Still using my $3 plastic flipper after all these years though.

I do enjoy the large size of the Dillon flipper. It takes the huge Federal primer trays easily. I understand the new ones though are not brass, bummer.:crying:
