You can create them. Somebody(maybe Seattle area?) just got in trouble for creating a cartoon about the new regional jail. I've seen some about firefighters too-people I know. Not sure how people avoided getting in trouble for them, but they were sure funny.

I appreciate that it was in the form of a cartoon and used small words as so the open-carry jack-wagons could comprehend it.
