Mepro Tru Dot - will sonic cleaning damage?

I have mepro tru dot sights on my glock. Stamped on the rear sight is "A1".

Can I drop the whole slide, sights and all, in my sonic cleaner? Will the sonic cleaner damage them?

I'd like them to still glow brightly after cleaning.
