Looks like a fun little course. The ground to overhead sandbag thing is probably the biggest gasser in the whole course. It should start with 20 burpees.:supergrin:

That PT course looks absolutely brutal. I'm not sure which would be worse, the sandbag or burpees. I'd love to see more officers with that level of commitment to training.
