I have a PG Seat Organizer and love it. It broke last night and I have patched it back together...thinking I better get a new one. Who has the best price?

Look at the Uncle Mikes soft one. It is cheaper, has more room, and is much more customizable.

NAFECO sold me my most recent ProGard Organizer for $44. They now have them in stock for $55-ish.

I have used the soft one from Galls/Uncle Mikes, and a full on patrol bag from 5.11 Tactical.

The soft one worked great, but wore out eventually, largely by my stuff wearing holes in the edge of the pockets. The strap, seams and clip never failed. I have a friend who uses the plastic Pro-Gaurd one, and likes it alot. He does say it keeps you from over-stuffing it and breaking it.

I don't use a bag/organizer on the front seat anymore. I fit what forms/tickets, etc I usually use on a daily basis into a Posse Box, and stuff that between the seats. That keeps the front seat open for passengers in an emergency, keeps stuff out of sight of the sticky fingered public, and is less flying around in the event of a crash. Everything else I need at work is in the patrol bag in the trunk. If I need that, the extra few seconds to open the trunk is not an issue. Just some food for thought. I have found it has been a good thing for me, and paid off.

I'd like to find a quality back-of-seat organizer actually since we ride in pairs.

Best I've found are the soft bags they sell as scrapbooking cases. they have a couple of plastic boxes for small stuff (aa batteries, spare knife) I found one at a yard sale for a buck reinforced the inside with black 550 tape. Then looked at the manufacturers label same as Uncle Mikes. My wife dropped off a bunch of stuff at goodwill & they had 10 computer bags at a buck or 2. Most had drop down desk sections. We don't use any on the seat backs since transport also. Barely get into an Impala anyhow with all the stuff.

At least my POV is a Caprice Wagon after getting hit & bending a F150 into a V I want metal around me

I have the Progaurd, and several guys at work have the Gall's. It seems to be just as good.
