I just ordered the AppleCare Technician Training course.
My boss wants me to get my Apple Certified Macintosh Technician cert.
I hope it isn't too tough. I've got way too much going on (problems) to have to buckle down and hit the books in all my spare time.

Any of you done the course?

You will do just fine. And you will pick up some cool tools.

If this ends up making you 'Bi-Lingual' in the PC space, where's the harm?

Then knowledge goes with you no matter what anyone says...
