Mas,
I have read your recommendation many times regarding Speer 135gr+P for the lightweight J Frames, but I am curious as to why you never mention the 357 version. At 1,000 fps vs 860 fps, I have always felt a little more comfortable carrying the .357 in my 340PD. By the way, I am 67 years old and have found very little difference in the recoil in the two loads. I have the advantage of being able to buy the Speer component 135gr bullets so I can reload to factory specs for practice.
Thanks in advance, and I appreciate the time you take on this forum.
