I remember this guy. 100% example of affirmative action. How he has lasted 25-years without killing someone, or being killed amazes me.

He had zero desire to be a cop. He wanted to get on at the phone company or post office, but they weren't hiring. He was the oldest guy at the academy, and they used him as a hiring example. Clueless...

So, he displayed his weapon, points it, and then gets to drive-off>? :dunno:

Wait a minute Efman, APD used to have white patrol cars with the four point Ninja Star on the side. Last Sunday while at the East Alt Expo Center I saw a white Ford Explorer with the Ninja Star graphics. Just saying......
