Any recommendations on a decent trigger pull guage that is priced reasonably?

Are the RCBS Spring trigger pull guages that sell for less than $20.00 accurate? (Usually you get what you pay for, but I have not read any reports on these)

I don't have any experience with the standard RCBS, but have been using their premium spring scale for a couple of decades and it is accurate and has the range for everything I use it on from shotguns, pistols, and rifles. I like light and sensitive triggers and it does the job. I suspect the lower priced one just has less range but I have no experience with it.

It looks like the cheaper one does not have the max. marker that the premium one does which is very important.

That premium one is on sale at Midway now:

The RCBS in the link above is the one you want. I have the cheaper one and it does work but is a pain to get an accurate reading and doesn't read high enough for some new rifles and most pistols with factory triggers. If you just want something cheap and yet still fairly accurate you can use a fish weighing scale. I gave like $5 or $6 at walmart for the one I have then just bend a coat hanger to hook on the trigger. It works suprisingly well for $5.
