Post was wanted on charges including attempted homicide and aggravated assault for allegedly firing several shots at his boss, Terry Janosky, 44, a New Kensington building contractor, on Oct. 2.

Another LEO died protecting his community so that the good citizens there can enjoy their evening with their families in safety.

RIP Officer Kotecki. Condolences to your family.

Kotecki's K-9 had to be muzzled and led away because the animal would not leave the slain officer's body alone.

More than anything else in the article, this made me the saddest.

RIP, brother.
