What or you going to load on it?

Now your going to become one of those guys who measures his primer seating depth.

Oh, and unlike Jack, I suggest actually reading the manual all the way through.

I am only going to load 40 S&W on this. Since getting back into competitions after a 15 year lay off, I am shooting over 1000 rnds per week. This is certainly a different beast than any press I have had before.

I got the 1050
about 10,000 rnds of 38 super brass
about 2500 9mm heads
6 lbs of VV N350 powder
about 30 lbs of misc tools and parts
38 super dies

and the bonus.... wait for it........

in the bottom of one of the boxes........

400 rounds of 10mm brass! BAM!

all for the paltry sum of................................... $800.00

Oh yeah, there is about 3000 rnds of loaded 38 super. I have to pull those.

and 20 100 rnd plastic bullet boxes.

Anyone wanna buy/trade some super brass?

Called Dillon and ordered the conversion kit this afternoon.

I will try to do better next time. Do you only hate it when I do it, or when anyone does so? That is actually what lots of old timers call them.

Thanks. I was actually as excited about the 10mm brass as I was the press.

I just noticed it's not a Super. Probably even better for pistol.

I was thinking of setting up poppers. Some falling steel basically. That and some paper. I can pull out the texas star as well. I like reactive targets and we have enough people to make resetting them not a big deal.

I don't know if it is better. I does have a shorter stroke. I called to ask the difference. According to Dillon, the only difference is you can't load any rifle bigger than 7.62 x 39. Not an issue to me. I don't load rifle currently and if I decide to later, it won't be in big volume. I can use the LnL.

Probably sleeping in front of a test pattern on his TV after the 300 ends. That's where you could usually find my old man.

1050 Super Loads 223 or smaller.

650 is able to load larger cases. LnL is more limited then the 650 for the record.

Nope. The Super 1050 loads up to 300 Mag case lengths.

The old RL1050 was limited to 308 length calibers.

And you didnt even invite me? Man thats just rude. I am hurt. I bet you are even going to shoot my steel and not invite me. Thats ok, I will be there by 8:00 for the Sniper match anyway.

WoW that's crazy. I must have really good luck because I load .308 on it all the time....:whistling: But I would hope a 2 G machine would do more.. Really I am surprised it would load bigger... I mean they do make a gun that shot 7.62x51

Thanks for clarifying that Hozer.

Remember. A lot of people use the 1050 to process the brass. They don't actually load the ammo on the 1050. But it will swage and trim a bunch of brass pretty darn fast.

650 will load rifle that is longer then the LnL.
