Thank you in advance for all of you guys help. I have noticed that on some of my cases I am getting a bulge in the brass where the base of the bullet is. Is this a result of improper die setup, or is this normal? If it is normal, what causes this in reloads but not in factory ammo?

The cases are Winchester and the bullet is a 124gr Precision Delta FMJ.
