Interesting response by clerk to robbery.

Link from Reddit (caution, rabid lefties abound).
Charges pending against clerk/owner.

"Ok, so I read stuff on here all the time about how the reddit detectives do some pretty incredible things. I don't know what I really expect by posting this, but maybe someone out there can work their magic and help identify this guy.
The story: My brother owns a jewelry store. 2 days ago, a guy walked in wearing a $20,000 watch and asked about getting it repaired. He then asked to see some of the diamond bracelets in the display cases. When my brother got them out, the robber pulls a gun on him and threatens to kill him. He then took my bro into the back office, tied his hands, grabbed all he could grab, and escaped. My brother somehow managed to get free of his bonds, grabbed a shotgun, and put 2 rounds into the escape vehicle.
The news story, with video is here. (http://www.wsmv.com/story/15744277/smyrna-police-release-video-of-jewelery-store-robbery)
There are some still photos here. (http://www.newschannel5.com/story/15735779/jewelry-store-robbed-at-gunpoint)
This happened in Smyrna, TN @ approximately 5:00pm on Wednesday, October 19th.
To top it off, the district attorney is now considering filing charges against my brother!
If nothing else, I would appreciate it if you guys could get this somewhere close to the front page to get this ******* that threatened to kill my brother identified. Please help if you can!
Edit: in both news stories, the person referred to as "clerk" and "owner" are the same person - my bro.
Edit 2: for all of those who are saying how reckless it was for him to "fire into passer-bys" or "shoot into busy areas" you should watch the video. First of all, I agree he shouldn't have shot at the guy but only for legal reasons. There was no danger of him hitting anyone else. If you watch, you can see that it's quite a long distance from the door to the street. And oh yeah, there's that 6 foot tall embankment in the way.
Edit 3: Thanks to those who offered their help, legal or otherwise. And **** you to those who just ran their mouths to be ****heads."
