I'm pretty bored so I'm gonna post a boring thread.
Anyone have a nice AR with a Lot of wear ( External and Internal) just curious to see how different AR's perform after being used well.

DAMN I should really look into a BCM instead of a Bushy

My Marine brother's. He's carrying it in Afghanistan as we speak.

Ok, so it doesn't have a huge amount of external wear, but it sure is being used. It's been through sandstorms, camel rides, bumped around for hundreds of miles in an LAV, and fired at little Talibans planting IEDs. It's seen it's share of fun.

Daniel defense, colt, lmt, and a few others make rifles that are of similar quality. No reason to get a bushmaster with so many other good choices out there.

"Workhorse" ARs = hard-use combat or defensive rifles.

No bling, no Gucci-wear.

That's about how my duty M4 looked ... though I don't think I put any grippy tape on mine.

Its ghetto, but it was the best option I had to hold down my flashlight and PAQ4 switches.

I've got a "pre-ban" DPMS that has logged 15k that has put all it's rounds on target and has removed a few pests.A 1/4 away on a possum was outstanding.A 42grn winchester rnd saved me dumped cans a I was the cleanup person.'08. :woohoo:

The BCM line is hard to beat. I do like my Colt though.
