Looking to make my own kydex holsters...

Can't find the foam for a press.....anyone know where I can get that stuff? I have looked at HD, Lowes, Hobby Lobby, etc. No joy.

Wal Mart camping mat (the rolled-up blue kind) over in the camping section. It's 1/2", so You'll have to double it to make it 1", but it works. I just cut the sections and glue two pieces together to get the 1". Or knifekits.com (I've heard that stuff lasts longer) but I have had no problems with the Wal Mart alternative.

They got a little bit better the more I made them, but the problems were never the molding. All using the blue Wal Mart foam.
