I heard about this from a friend. Kind of neat. Keep your eyes open for suspects having these almost anywhere!
I just heard of them, hope it is not old news!!

I am thinking of ordering one for myself!! If I was not retired I would definitely have one, or two.

Keyhole up and double locked...ALWAYS! Another reason I dont care for ASP handcuffs.

I gotta confess, I'm sloppy about the keyhole being up. They go on how they go on.

I agree with the training and kept them up as much as I could. However, I know what Meef is saying. Sometimes, its all you can do to get them on someone.

Key hole inward facing the wrist and away from fingers. If you had to fight to get them on and it's backward, then just use another pair to cid being the first pair then remove first pair after you get the second pair on.

I am buying a few of these to put on the zippers of my duty shirts and pants.

This also applies when transferring someone to another agency, like at a meet for a warrant turn-over. Just don't put the 2nd cuffs on with the keyholes facing the first pair's keyholes. :whistling:

My instructors at the academy always would say 'this is how we're going to teach you to do it in here, how you do it out there will probably be very different'

They say that in fto as well. This is what works for me. What you find that works for you is probably different.
