I have see several article pointing to Nov. 9 as TEOWAKWI, but I am not buying it. I thought you might want to read it and maybe to start a discussion.

As I recall this asteroid is about 400 yards across (the discovery show they mentioned it on said 4 football fields).
An impact anywhere in the ocean, per the show, would cause waves as high as 70'
Would the government tell us....no. Could it be kept a secret...I highly doubt it. I think their role would be misinformation.
In situations like this the government's sole purpose is to make sure it can continue to exist.
