View Full Version : A 5.56 reamer
Anyone know where I can rent or borrow one? I have heard Ned Christiansen's reamer are the best. But, just can't pay $250 for one use.
Barring finding one to borrow, sending the barrel to ADCO will probably be as cheap as a rental.
Why? Is your headspace too short? Cleaning up a rough chamber can be done with a bit of sandpaper and a Dremel. If you do more than that you're going to need a lot more tools to get the barrel unbuggered.
Which is why I need a reamer so I don't screw up something.
Got a guy about a hour away that will do it for $25. I did get a responce from DPMS. Gonna see what they offer as a fix.
