Russian-made 9 mm Ammo, reliable, affordable, and ready-to-rock! 115 grain. Bi-metal full metal jacket bullet. Bi-metal case. Non-corrosive, berdan-primed. Muzzle velocity: 1,214 f.p.s. Muzzle energy: 378 ft.-lbs.

Has anyone had experience with this ammo with there Glocks?

I didn't see 'Luger' except in your header. I might be 9X18 Makarov caliber and NOT 9X19 Parabellum/Luger...and with berdan primers, it's not reloadable.

This ammo is made by Novosibirsk Low Voltage Equipment Plant (LVE). I've shot quite a few boxes of the Russian Bear (Silver Bear, Brown Bear) 9mm made by LVE through my Glocks and it has worked fine. I have not shot any of this particular ammo from the new LVE branded box, but it should be fine too.

Luger is a propitiatory term in this case. Since the 9x19 parabellum cartridge was designed by George Luger he gets the credit. Just the same as .45ACP gives credit to Colt for the development of that cartridge.
