Could someone please explain to me the meaning of the following terms when dealing with ammunition.

FMJ/RN/FB
JHP/FB

I was looking at some ammunition on the website Powder Valley, Inc. and their prices are unbelievable but they also have these terms associated with the rounds so I was wanting to make sure before I purchase that they will be suitable for a G19.

FMJ = Full Metal Jacket
RN = Round Nose
JHP = Jacketed Hollow Point
FB = Not sure about this one, but I would guess Flat Base.

Do you have a link to where you're seeing the ammo?

You looking for ammo components for reloading, or loaded ammo? Their loaded ammo prices are plenty high.

If this is what passes for a great deal in your area, I'd suggest you look around on the web. Maybe PSA, site sponsor and link at the top of the page.

If I was a betting man, I'd say you were looking at the reloading supplies.
