...it's here. About 1/2-inch worth accompanied by 14 MPH winds (35 MPH gusts) and 32.8 degrees. So glad I'm not working tonight :supergrin: I actually haven't been out in over a week and the last night that I worked it was 58 degrees. That'll end on Friday...I'll be on for 6 in a row and I think them 50-degree evenings are over...until May :rofl:

Until then it's helping my wife bake cookies and starting the decorating activities...inside!

The funny thing is we just returned from a trip to Banff, AB and it didn't seem quite this cold there.

A few years back, I drove around in a commandeered public works TrailBlazer 4x4 with my partner, teamed up with the National Guard and a 5 ton, pulling people off of the highway.

What a nasty night. Of all times for my wife to order me to go around with her and the inlaws to find a couple of Christmas trees.

Rain then 4" of snow and then overnight freezing sleet in Ft. Wayne yesterday. Major roads are plowed and salted this morning.
