Watching it now, not impressed, I wanted to watch an hour of 1911 stuff but all most all the show is dedicated to other guns

They had an auction of guns "RIA" on Discovery last night also, that was sort of cool.
Those were some expensive guns......

Found it to be quite horrible. In an hour long show supposedly about the 1911, perhaps 15 minutes was spent on the 1911 itself. The "tests" were laughable. Numerous facts were simply just wrong.

I agree that it was pretty bad. I was expecting an in-depth history and education on that most venerable of firearms, but it turned out to be pretty lame.
