Spirt gun mfg...any owners, info?

Does anyone own a AR from Spirt gun mfg? I received a email special from CDNN investments yesterday on their gun specials and they had a AR pistol and several rifles from this company (SGM). They have a lot of Vltor stuff on them and look like a quality weapon. I really did not find much by googling them either.

So I'm taking a guess that this a start up company that never took off and CDNN bought up their remaining product and is selling it off? The ad was quoteing prices of ~50% off of msrp. I seen a SMG-A23 on gunbroker with a starting price ~$100 over CDNN's price of ~ $1500.00 IIRC. Thanks for the info that there is no info.
