Its called OWS rash. You must be part of the movement or came into close contact with an OWS member. Go to a Dr. or talk to a conservative ASAP.

Looks like a hot cast bullet (with lube ring) got you.

Looks like the type of injury a nimrod would cause to himself... common and frequent problem with flatlanders.

I wouldn't worry about it, you'll probably step in front of a bus before it causes you any real discomfort.

Someone should make a You Tube video on what safety clothing to wear while casting. :whistling:

Lyman .452 228gr round nose. The 6+ times I have Casted, I had long Sleeves on. The one time yesterday I get Hot and Go to look at my sprue plate, to see if the 2 Cycle oil is working. And what to you know two little 230gr where clinging on for dear life, that is till they saw my arm.. Live and learn... Also after Hozer sent me a .338 Lapua round, I have felt a lot more ballzy lately.

Lyman doesn't make a 228 grain RN, it's 225 grain... flatland nimrod.

Just tape an aspirin to it and you'll be fine.

If you want some prevention try some leather welding sleeves like these.

So, in your next video, you'll be casting wearing nothing but the Super Troopers bullet-proof cup? What else is worth protecting?...on you.

I still don't understand how you got a bullet burn on your arm. You must be very creative.

I guess so. That's some kind of talent he has. The rest of us just use a stick.

The Boolit was stuck in the mold, it was the last one near the sprue plate. I lifted the mold to see how the 2 stoke oil was working on not leaving lead streaks (yes I am a NEWB) and low and behold and Boolit drop on my arm..

@Chris, The Worlds Most Expensive Norinco....LOL I need you to take some pics of this beast also...
