Playing bumper cars with handicapped electric scooters in West Monroe WalMart parking lot. What could possibly go wrong?

Anyone seen a weirder DUI?

Think they can get a 1st and 2nd offense? 1st for driving to Walmart and 2nd for the carts? That would be even better than when I helped book an OWI, then the guy showed up a half hour later asking if we had his cell phone (we released to a sober party). He admitted to driving back to the station.

My wife was fresh out of the academy, on FTO, when she made her first aarrest of any type - guy on lawnmower, DUI, down a busy street. She later arrested a judge's wife for DUI, as well.
