Wideners have the cheapest Horandy 55 fmjbt w/c if you buy the 6k bulk its about $74 a 1000 delivered. Montana Gold comes a close second, though I tend to stick with Horandy as they are easier to load with a more pronounced boat tail.

stick with the hornafy 55. it is very accurate. i used to grt mine from pat's reloading
