I just bought a G34 to use for USPSA. I've been reading the forums for ideas for competition sights for us 50 something guys who have age related eye issues. I can't see the all black sight picture so I'm looking for options to help with obtaining a good sight picture.

Another vote for Dawson Precession fiber optics, thats what I run on my USPSA guns. I'm holding out as long as I can before I have to switch over to open class and use optics.

I just got a set of Dawson Precision fixed black .125" wide rear and their .105" wide front fiber optic sight and it's very easy to pick up on my 34. I'm almost 46 so they work with old eyes LOL

I paint the front sight with white-out.

Dawson's work very well, he supports the sport and has great customer service.

I just switched over to the Dawson's myself. The fiber optics work great and are really easy to pick up that front sight. I even switched my carry gun over to them.
