i recently bought a px4 storm .40 full size.

i get to thinking, i might be able to do this. as i have done it with actual magnum research jericho's

buy a .45 storm. take the .40 slide assembly, mount it to the .45 frame. ream the barrel on the .40 slide to 10mm. use the .45 mags pinch the lips to take 10mm. voila!! 10mm storm, rotating barrel 10mm?

anyone got a .45 and .40 storm to see is the slide fit.

i did this on a stailess jericho, i now have a stainless jericho 10mm, although it took a little more than a slide swap, it also took me having to monkey around with the disconnect notches in the .40 slide to match the .45s trigger bow/bar.

but the beretta may not need that, it looks like it wont, would that not be one bad ass 10mm?

I like the way you think.

i really hope i dont have to sneak in the gun store with my .40 storm, ask to see a .45 and sneak a swap fit test in before they see it, (ive gotten repremanded before for doing such, but now i work at a local gun store, but we have no .45 storms there)

please fellow 10mm-meisters if you got both check the slide swap for me?

I have the 45 PxStorm and it's my back up with the 10 round extended mag.. Would not
trade for any thing. The 9 sub compact is an excellent Bug also.

do you have both the .45 and .40 or 9mm. if so can you see if the .45 slide will fit the rails of the .40 and 9mm?
