If so what IWB holster are you using. Or Should I be looking for something else to pack? I've got a 5-shot revolver, but I'd really like something with a few more rounds in it.

Don hume, m-tac, crossbreed, desantis....all these companies make good holsters.

Carrying a G30(basically the same thing) in a Theis holster.

Very comfortable. Make sure you get a good belt first. Makes a bad holster acceptable, and a good holster great.

Carry a 29 SF daily. Usually in a belt holster, but have used a Crossbreed Supertuck with great results. Have recently found AIWB more comfortable with better control and retention of the concealed weapon. I've been using a DeSantis rig, not sure the name. Simple piece of leather with a reinforced top and a tough plastic clip. Good kit.

I use PJ's iwb holster from GT. Fits great and is half the price of most other holsters. And ships very quick, unlike the wait period of other places.

CC a G29sf. Use a Tommy Theis or a Galco Royal Guard at 4:00.

I conceal carry a G20 in a Minotaur MTAC, very nice holster and pretty comfortable once you get it setup for your preferences. I am thinking of getting a G29 in the near future for CC instead but I can carry the G20 pretty well due to being a bigger guy at 6'3" 340lbs.

I carry either a G20 or G22 and use a Don Hume 715 series IWB for both.

I have carried my G29 24/7 since the day I bought it (almost a year ago). I've used a Don Hume H715M W.C., and I love it. It's a great holster. It's actually made for my G21SF, but fits the G29 fine. It just has some extra leather at the end of the muzzle.

I carried my G29's in a Comp-Tac CTAC IWB but I sold my G29's. I currently carry a G20SF in a Don Hume 715WC (like a few others in this thread) because it was cheap and its working well... however, I have a Slim EC Mike's Special being made for me by TT Gunleather I will be using full time after it arrives. Here's a pic....

Yes sir, sold all of my prior G29's. Holster selection is about the same for the two, though.

I have been thinking of selling my G23 to get a G20sf. I carry the 29sf 95% of the time over the G23 and didnt know how big of a differenctribe 20 was to the 29.

To me, I guess it would depend on your individual needs. The G23 is noticeably THINNER than the G20/29, however the G29 is shorter than the G23. The G20's grip is quite a bit longer than the G29's but its not a biggie for me since I'm able to correct for this with a stronger cant on my G20SF.

Decisions, decisions, I'm thinking real hard about getting a G36 for CC. My G29 will serve as my mountain gun, I'll be adding a extended barrel for hunting and shooting heavy handloads from it. I think it's probably best in this case to have two different dedicated handguns.

I carry a G29sf in just a cheap ol blackhawk IWB in the 4 oclock daily. Probably need a better holster but so far this one has served me fine.

G29sf in a M-Tac and C-Tac holster...makes me feel all warm and fuzzy on the inside.

I carry my 29SF IWB "appendix" in a Fist kydex clip-on holster; the kydex is very thin, but still rigid.
The total thickness of the package is likley less than someone experiences that carries a model 36 in a thicker holster (leather) while commenting that a 29/30 is too thick for IWB.

I've wanted to try out FIST's ultra thin clip for a while now .. .maybe someday.

I use a CBST for my G29SF everyday. Also works well with my G20.
