When she came home
After Wilson Combat match trigger & hammer, also polished feed ramp, sear, disconnector and hammer with a little rounding of hammer contact points with a fine sharp stone
Can you explain the rounding part, and what the benefits are?
I always looked for a sharp and well polished surface.

clear, sharp angles are what most gun smiths go for on sear-hammer surfaces too.

You might also want to consider adding a beavertail safety grip. I can't go more than 100 rounds on a 1911 without one. The standard safety grip beats the heck out of the web of my hand.

Leave the Dremel in the tool box! Light pressure with a new, clean
file. Fheck progress OFTEN, sand with a backer to finish fitment.
Good job,
now get the beaver tail and grips and you are set.
Remember, you don't want to turn a $600.00 gun into a $1800.00 one.
