I needed some .40 Brass, have tons of 9mm from ROing a GSSF Match, so I used tjconevera.com and was very happy with the Brass, Mostly, all Winchester. Sparkling and Clean when it arrived.

For service calibers, I can usually get range pickups, enough that I haven't had tp buy 9mm or 40 for 20yrs. Once fired from several places, TJ is good, brassman, several others. A quick internet search for once fired brass has lots of hits. For new, tough to beat Starline direct for price & quality.

Send Blount Object a PM for prices and availability. Ge's a member of GT, have done business with him several times, have been very satisfied with prices and quality.

Where do you buy your brass

Careful you will never get your CRB card talking like that. Brass is free at the range.

Depends on caliber of course. If I had to rely on range brass for any of my magnum rev or the 10mm, even 357sig, I wouldn't have much of it.:crying:

Another GT member, Yankee2500, also sells brass. I purchased some 380 from him a while back when it was scarce as hen's teeth.

Check gunbroker when I need odd stuff, most of time I find enought of the normal calibers on the ground to not need to buy any.

I go to the range with a range bag, a 22, and a dustpan. When ever I see brass laying on the ground and no one is paying attention to it i quickly sweep it up and dump it into my range bag.

Nice...wish he had some .45 GAP. I just received a batch from Southern Belle Brass and it was dirty.

I buy new from Starline. There is none better.

Once fired I buy from brassmanbrass.com for same headstamp stuff. Not cheap, but clean, consistent, and seemingly mostly from the same lot in many cases.

Mixed I pick up off brianenos.com's forum classifieds whenever someone is selling it cheap.

I wouldn't buy rifle brass from him.

I purchased .223 from him and it was SAWed, and I had several case head separations on light loads. I had to toss the whole lot.

I received an order of 1,000 .40 S&W cases from them today. Just for giggles, I sorted them by headstamp and counted them tonight. Here's what I got:

Winchester - 408
PMC - 245
Federal - 159
CBC (Magtech?) - 101
RP (Remington) - 65
RWS - 36
Blazer - 35
Speer - 3
Federal FC - 3
Cor Bon - 2
FC 10 - 1
GFL (Fiocchi?) - 1
Total: 1,059

Plus, I also received 1 .22 case and 2 9mm.

Their prices are cheaper than the other sites I've seen recommended but the brass comes very dirty. Cleaning is no big deal, though. I'll do it myself if it saves a couple of bucks. I suspect a few weren't "once fired" because the primer color didn't match the usual primer for that brand. But I'm not surprised to get that from range brass. This is my first purchase of this type but I guess it wasn't bad.
