Made in Spain by Astra-Unceta y Cia SA (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astra-Unceta_y_Cia_SA) this piece is from batch of 6.000 made in 1941 for German army. http://9mmlargo.com/400/400_seri.htm
Chambered in 9mm Largo aka 9mm Berg-Bayard or 9mm Steyr. The brass case is 4mm longer than classic 9mm Luger. Both rounds on picture attached to compare.

I did shoot few rounds (just for test) approx. 20 years ago but 9mm Largo was hard to find (only in neighboor Austria) and very expensive (1.3$ per round) so the rest of ammo supply was left for an emergency only.
In the mean time I bought several other weapons in other cheaper and available calibers so this old beauty remains in sef, cleaned and oiled once a year.
